This project is for the replacement of the existing Runway 04 14-element Mark 1F Localizer (LOC) with a Mark 20 Localizer in the same location; and for the relocation of the Runway 22 Medium-Intensity Approach Lighting System (MALS) power distribution panel which is currently located inside the Runway Safety Area (RSA) at 120’ from Runway 04/22 centerline. This project will replace and relocate the power distribution panel 252’ to the Northwest (372’ from runway centerline). The power cables from the MALSR shelter to the power distribution panel shall be replaced as well as from the power distribution panel to MALS stations 2 through 14.



The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the project in accordance with the contract clauses, drawings, and specifications.



Contract performance time is 45 calendar days, with an anticipated start date of April 14, 2014. The estimated price range for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.



INTERESTED FIRMS MUST HAVE SUCESSFULLY COMPLETED SIMILAR PROJECTS BOTH IN DOLLAR AMOUNT AND SCOPE OF WORK AT AN OPERATIONAL AIRPORT.
